PORTfólio

I take AI to market, and I build the AI that helps sell it.

TWO languages,
ONE job.

I started out in computer engineering, ended up in marketing, and never stopped building.

Most go-to-market teams speak in pipelines and personas. Most builders speak in models and pull requests. I've spent my career translating between the two, and the most interesting work happens when one person can do both.

So I do both. I write the positioning and I write the prompt. I design the campaign and the agent that runs part of it. When a sales team needs a better way to find AI use cases, I don't write a brief for someone else. I build the app.

Today I lead go-to-market for business solutions at PEAKUP, across five business units and the Microsoft partner ecosystem. Alongside it, I run my own product. Each keeps the other honest.

Guestlight

Planning an event means juggling a seating chart, a guest list, invitations and RSVPs across too many tools. I wanted one calm place for all of it, so I built it.

Seating plans, guest lists, digital invitations, RSVPs and event-day tools, in Turkish and English. I own all of it: product strategy, pricing, positioning and the build itself, written with Claude as my pair.

AI use-case discovery app

Sales teams kept asking the same question: which AI use cases actually fit this customer?

I built an app that matches a customer's profile to relevant use cases and scores each one on business impact against technical feasibility, replacing hours of manual mapping. It won PEAKUP's 2026 AI Impact Award.

AI Maturity Assessment

Companies want AI, but rarely know where they stand.

I turned that into a productized path: diagnose maturity across data, process, people and governance, prioritize with the discovery app, then scale with adoption KPIs. It runs across languages and regions and feeds a qualified AI pipeline.

Agents · Automation

Sales-enablement agents

Proposal drafts, objection handling and lead qualification shouldn't start from a blank page.

I designed internal agents for each of them, plus automations across CRM and Microsoft Teams. Together they cut campaign costs by 9.38%.

Enablement · Change

Foundation, Build & Scale

Tools don't change companies. People who know how to use them do.

An AI upskilling and change program for around 150 IT people at a leading Turkish industrial group, with solution design workshops and real enterprise apps built along the way.

LET'Stalk

Building something with AI, or taking it to market? I'm always up for a conversation about go-to-market, partnerships and making things.
